Buddy Walk

October 7, 2007 the Clifton-Clyde KAY organization participated in the Buddy Walk to benefit and support the families of those with Down Syndrome. This community service project began with members, Megan and Jancee, handing out envelopes and information to the CCMS and CCGS students encouraging them to get involved in the Buddy Walk. KAY members assisted with setting up the food and drinks for the walk and finally members participated in the Buddy Walk. As entertainment for the day there was a clown
who made balloon animals and KAY member, Trevor, was Ernie the Eagle. Following the Buddy Walk a supper was served to all those who participated and KAY members helped with the clean up. Other KAY members that participated in the day were Amber L, Alyssa K, Dani D, Jordan B, Katie & Kenzie G, Devan P, Devin C, Jason B, Chelsi B, Shay M, Jamie L, Sarah & Laura C, Laura W, Allie D, Ashley S, Ashley M, Allie & Blair B. This year's Buddy Walk was a huge success with 185 walkers and 23 of them were KAY members.
