CCHS Girls Beat Hanover in League Play

The CCHS Girls Basketball team traveled to Hanover for their first league contest and came away with a 40-20 victory. The Eagles showed much better patience on offense against the Wildcats Box and one defense. A stingy Eagles defense held Hanover to 7 field goals as the Eagles rolled to their first League victory of the year. Leading the way for the Eagles was Allie Bloomfield with 13 points followed by Keely Kieffer with 11, Blair Bloomfield 10, and Jamie Long with 6. Keely Kieffer added 11 rebounds and Jancee Hobbs contributed with 4 steals.
