Children's Holiday Store 2007

The
Children’s Holiday Store was held December 15th at Clyde City Hall.
The holiday store is sponsored by the Clifton-Clyde KAY club and is
an annual community service project to raise money that the club
will donate back to the community. Despite the cold and snowy
weather Saturday about 23 children from the community attended the
holiday store assisted by KAY members to help them shop for gifts
and wrap their purchases.
KAY members look forward to the
holiday store each year as do many families in the community. It is
a fun way for the children to participate in the excitement of
giving at Christmas. Of course, hosting the holiday store would not
be possible without the kindness of all those community people that
donate items to the store as well as our community leaders that
allow us to use City Hall for this event. The KAY club would like
to thank all those that donated generously and to the city of Clyde
for letting the KAY club use City Hall.
