Principal's Notes

The year is moving along at a break-neck pace!

First, parent/teacher conferences are scheduled for March 17-18 from 5:30-8:30 pm. Teachers who work at both the high school and the middle school will split their time between the two buildings as follows:

On Monday, Kirk Gallion will be at the middle school from 5:30-7:00 and at the high school from 7:15-8:30. He will be at the middle school on Tuesday.
Counselor Cynthia Newell will be at the middle school on Monday from 5:30-6:30. She will be at the high school the rest of the time.
Tony Barry will be at the middle school from 5:30-7:00 and at the high school from 7:15-8:30 both Monday and Tuesday.
And, Mike Duever will be at the high school from 5:30-7:00 and at the middle school from 7:15-8:30 on both Monday and Tuesday.

Please come out, visit with the teachers about your child's progress, and pick up third quarter report cards. We look forward to seeing you.

State assessments will also begin at the high school on Monday. All research shows that kids perform better academically if they have eaten breakfast, so in order for our students to have all of the brain power they can muster, we will be serving everyone a free breakfast of breakfast pizza, pancakes and sausage on a stick, or biscuits and gravy on the following testing days.
