Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:15 p.m. by President Brown.
Approve the Consent Agenda
Motion made by Brownell, seconded by Branfort to approve the consent agenda. Motion carried 6-0.
New and Miscellaneous Business
Approve Work Agreements: Motion made by Rogers, seconded by Brownell to approve work agreements for Andrea Long , middle school teacher aide for 2008-09 and Tana Fahey, grade school secretary for 2008-09. Motion carried 6-0.
Middle School Building Tour: The board toured the middle school and grounds.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
