Call to Order
President Brown called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Unfinished Business
Superintendent Search: Motion made by Koch, seconded by Brownell to enter into executive session executive session for a period of 45 minutes to discuss non-elected personnel matters in
order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed. Motion carried 7-0.
The board entered into the session at 7:05 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:50 p.m.
Mr. Roberts, Clerk Tremblay, Max Heim and Bill Majors were invited into the session.
Discussion only on setting up an interview schedule for superintendent candidates.
Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 8:47 p.m. to January 13th at 6:00 p.m. at the middle school library.

President Brown called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Unfinished Business
Superintendent Search: Motion made by Branfort, seconded by Brownell to enter into
executive session for a period of sixty minutes to discuss non-elected personnel matters in order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed. Motion carried 7-0.
The board entered into the session at 6:07 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:07 p.m.
Clerk Tremblay and Patricia Bishop were invited into the session.
Branfort left the meeting.
Motion made by Brownell, seconded by Feight to extend the session for 30 minutes.
Motion carried 6-0.
The board entered into the session at 7:10 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:40 p.m.
Clerk Tremblay and Patricia Bishop were invited into the session.
Branfort returned to the meeting at 7:12 p.m.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m. to January 14th at 6:00 p.m. at the middle school

Superintendent Search: Motion made by Rogers , seconded by Brownell to enter into
executive session for a period of sixty minutes to discuss non-elected personnel matters in order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed. Motion carried 6-0.
The board entered into the session at 6:01 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:01 p.m.
Clerk Tremblay and Sherri Edmundson were invited into the session.

Kieffer arrived at 6:04 p.m.
Motion made by Branfort, seconded by Koch to extend the session for 30 minutes.
Motion carried 7-0.

The board entered into the session at 7:38 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 8:08 p.m.
Clerk Tremblay and Principal Keim were invited into the session.
Motion made by Feight, seconded by Brownell to extend the executive session for 10 minutes. Motion carried 7-0.
The board entered into the session at 8:16 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 8:26 p.m.
Clerk Tremblay and Principal Keim were invited into the session.
Principal Keim left the meeting.
Motion made by Kieffer, seconded by Branfort to extend the executive session for 10
minutes. Motion carried 7-0.
The board entered into the session at 8:29 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 8:39 p.m.

Motion made by Feight, seconded by Koch to extend the executive session for 10 minutes. Motion carried 7-0.
The board entered into the session at 8:43 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 8:53 p.m.
