Call to Order
President Brownell called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Approve Agenda
12-Adjourn by President Brownell was changed to 5-Adjourn by President Brownell. Motion made by Seifert, seconded by Ohlde to approve the agenda as amended. Motion carried 5-0.

None
Unfinished Business
Executive Session: Motion made by Ohlde, seconded by Branfort to enter into executive session for a period of fifteen minutes to discuss non-elected personnel in order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be discussed. Motion carried 5-0.
The board entered into the session at 7:10 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:25 p.m. Mr. Pekarek, Mrs. Keim and Jan Tremblay were invited into the session.
Board Member Arrives
Feight arrived at 7:15 p.m.
Motion made by Branfort seconded by Kieffer to extend the executive session for a period of fifteen minutes. Motion carried 6-0.
The board entered into the session at 7:26 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:41 p.m. Mr. Pekarek, Mrs. Keim and Jan Tremblay were invited into the session.
Motion made by Branfort seconded by Feight to extend the executive session for a period of five minutes. Motion carried 6-0.
The board entered into the session at 7:42 p.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:47 p.m. Mr. Pekarek, Mrs. Keim and Jan Tremblay were invited into the session.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:50 p.m.
