Lady Eagles End Season at Sub-State

The Lady Eagles went to Valley Heights for substate play on Oct.
20.
The ladies went into the tournament seeded #8 and ended up
playing #1 seed Valley Heights first round. The
Lady Eagles lost to the Mustangs of Valley Heights 7-25
and 18-25. The Eagles had 100% serving, 7 kills, 6
setting assists, and 1 kill block. They played well as a team
their last match. This ends the 2007 season for the
Ladies.
Final Season Stats: 96% serving, 371 kills (Potuzak with 150,
Kieffer with 96, A. Bloomfield with 74, B. Bloomfield with 42, Long
with 6, K. George with 2, and Cornwell with 1), 303 setting assists
(Long with 219, George with 51, Potuzak with 11, Kieffer with
9, B. Bloomfield with 6, A. Bloomfield with 4, Hobbs with 2,
and Cornwell with 1), and 135 kill blocks (Potuzak with 66, Kieffer
with 29, A. Bloomfield with 21 and A Bloomfield with 19).
The Lady Eagles were 5-7 in the TVL and 10-20 overall.
