Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 8:00 p.m. by President Brown.
Budget Hearing
Motion made by Rogers, seconded by Feight that the 2009 fiscal year budget be approved as published. Motion carried 6-0.
It was the consensus of the board to have a special meeting immediately following this meeting.
Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
