Clifton-Clyde Students/ Staff at the FBLA National Leadership Conference

The Clifton-Clyde High School FBLA chapter recently attended the
2009 National Leadership Conference in Anaheim, California. Mrs.
Blaha sponsored seven members on their trip to California. With
over seven thousand in attendance, this year’s National Leadership
Conference was responsible for hosting the most FBLA members in the
history of the organization. Responsible for voting for the
Mountain Plain Region’s Vice-President, Trevor Barnes and Dylan
Koch were the chapters Local Voting Delegates. Megan Blackwood and
Stephanie Brownell presented the chapter’s American Enterprise
Project. Ashley Moore, Alexandra Price, and Sarah Condray presented
the chapter’s Web Development Project. Trevor Barnes and Dylan Koch
competed in the Management Information Systems event. Barnes and
Koch were honored with the award of receiving 5th place in their
event. While there, the competitors had the opportunity to visit
many attractions including The House of Blues Restaurant,
California Adventureland, and the Disneyland Theme park.
