Hutchinson Community College and Area Vocational School
HCC offers a unique degree in Broadcast Technology. Their 2-year program is designed to prepare students for a variety of entry level production positions in broadcasting.
The opportunities include gathering information, preparing stories and making broadcasts that inform about local, state, national and international events. Opportunities in broadcast media include writing and announcing for radio and television, as well as audio and video production.
HCC offers and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Broadcast Technology.

NCK Technical College Beloit Campus
NCKTC’s Career Day is Friday, November 13th, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Please register with Mrs. Newell by Monday, November 9th.
Lunch will be provided by the college. You will have the opportunity to learn about the admissions process, financial aid, housing; tour the campus and visit the program of your choice.
Salina Area Technical College
SATS Senior day is Wednesday, November 18th, from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Their 18-month programs are Applied Electronic Technology, Automotive Technology, Commercial & Advertising Art, Diesel Technology, and Electrical Technology (beginning the fall of 2010).
Their 9-month programs are Auto Collision Repair, Business Administrative Technology, Computer Aided Drafting, Construction Technology, Dental Assistant, Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning, Machine Tool Technology, Medical Assistant, and Welding Technology.
