Board of Education Special Meeting
January 31, 2012, 6:30 a.m.

Steve Feight, Jeff Koch, Curtis Long, Deb Ohlde, Scott Seifert, Justin Steinbrock

Call to Order
President Feight called the meeting to order at 6:30 a.m.
Approve Consent Agenda
Motion made by Seifert, seconded by Steinbrock to approve the consent agenda as
presented. Motion carried 6-0.
Unfinished Business
Executive Session for Personnel: Motion made by Feight, seconded by Koch to to
enter into executive session for a period of thirty minutes to discuss nonelected
personnel matters in order to protect the privacy interests of the individuals to be
discussed. Motion carried 6-0.
The board entered into the session at 6:34 a.m. and reconvened in open session at 7:04
a.m.
Motion made by Koch, seconded by Long to extend the session for thirty minutes. Motion carried 6-0. The board entered into the session at 7:05 a.m. and reconvened in
open session at 7:35 a.m.
Motion made by Seifert, seconded by Steinbrock to extend the session for thirty
minutes. Motion carried 6-0. The board entered into the session at 7:36 a.m. and
reconvened in open session at 8:06 a.m.
Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 8:07 a.m.
