IRON EAGLES

SPEED AND STENGTH

     Our football program uses and believes in the Bigger Faster Stronger Strength Program.  We have been using it since 2000 and have seen our athletes make tremendous gains in their overall strength and flexibility.  During our summer strength program we incorporate a six week speed training program developed by Speed City Football.  We have been very pleased with the gains our athletes have made after the six week program.  We have had athletes cut up to 3 tenths off of their 40 times and increase their verticals by as much as 4 inches.
