~WELCOME~
Hello, my name is Mrs. Moore. I teach:
4th, 5th, & 6th grade keyboarding
7th & 8th CABE (Computer Application Business Essentials)
6th & 8th Social Studies
at the Clifton-Clyde Middle School.
A little bit about myself:
I have taught in the Clifton-Clyde district for 17 years. The first seven years in fourth grade in Clifton, then one year in third grade at Clyde, finally they moved me to Clifton to teach computers at the middle school. I have been here ever since! In 2007 I gained 8th grade Social Studies and in 2010 6th grade Social Studies.
IN THE CLASSROOM
6th Social Studies: We are learning about Ancient Nubia & Kush
8th Social Studies: We are studying early US Growth & Expansion-Westward Bound, Erie Canal, Monroe Doctrine, Missouri Compromise
7th & 8th CABE: writing poetry and typing it in Word
4th, 5th & 6th Keyboarding classes are sharpening previous keyboarding skills and/or learning new ones!
The following are the 7th poster projects over Vietnam. We created these to prepare for Randy Nadler's visit on Oct. 10.
