The ACT can be taken as many times as you want. Most colleges accept ACT scores into early Spring of your senior year.

Local test dates are available in the fall and spring. National test dates are available on Saturdays throughout the year. Sign up for these dates on your own.

It is highly recommended for students to take the ACT at least three times to get a better score. Most colleges are also superscoring for scholarships. Superscoring is the average of your best scores in each subject area.
