Due to issues beyond our control tonight’s CCHS football game vs Lincoln has been canceled. We’re still looking but chances are slim.

CCHS's football game vs Wakefield scheduled for Sept. 17 has been cancelled due to covid related issues with Wakefield. When/if another game is scheduled for that date the info will be sent out at that time.
Due to staffing issues at the Washington Co Health Dept the covid vaccination clinics scheduled for Sept. 10 at CCHS and CCMS has been postponed. When a later date is determined we'll send out info again. Thank you.
Washington County Health Dept is hosting a covid vaccine clinic at CCHS and CCMS on Friday, Sept. 10, for anyone aged 12+. Both schools have registration papers available today. For those under 18 A PARENT HAS TO SIGN. If interested please return it on Sept. 9 to the school office. We have to give them a number of people interested on Sept. 9 so they have enough shots prepared.
Obviously, this is 100% optional. We're just offering the opportunity.

USD 224 is accepting nominations for the USD 224 Clifton-Clyde Hall of Fame class of 2022. We are excited to celebrate those that have helped to make this such a special place. The 2022 Hall of Fame induction will be February 4, 2022. The nomination form can be found here: https://5il.co/tl0q
The CCMS vs Linn football game has been rescheduled for tomorrow at 3:00pm in Linn. The bus will leave CCMS at 1:45.

CCMS Volleyball Game info for August 30th: Games at Concordia Elementary School beginning at 4:30. Game order will be A, B, C. Please park in the south parking lot.
Reminder to all CCMS Volleyball parents - the girls are practicing at the HS today after school. Practice will end at 5:15 and there is no shuttle bus running back to Clifton. Thanks!
As many of you know there are some food supply issues in our area. Palmer Cafe and T's in Clifton are unable to get certain fresh items at this time; they are just a few examples. Additionally, other OPAA schools (such as Republic Co) are also unable to get the items they need due to their supplier dropping them from their routes due to a labor shortage.
To help combat this issue locally, OPAA has worked with their supplier for USD 224 food products Ben E. Keith. In a statement to USD 224 and other schools from OPAA they said, "It is imperative that we do everything we can to keep Ben E. Keith viable and able to continue to bring trucks with food to your schools. As a proactive measure, we want to reduce choices for lunch in your schools to 1 entree. 1 entrée choice will reduce the number of boxes and loads Ben E. Keith will have to deliver. This is NOT what we want to do….but we are suggesting this as a proactive measure to make sure your students will continue to get healthy, nutritious, and free meals at school."
So, beginning Sept. 1 USD 224 student lunch options will temporarily be reduced to one lunch option per day. Please also understand that we are not the only ones that are affected by this change and, realistically, we are better off than others in our area because we still have our supplier.
